The Intelligence & Learning Centre offers Rouen Business School faculty and staff a training programme tailored to the needs of teaching and research.

The proposed topics for these workshops are:

• Using the advanced research functions on the ILC databases
• Looking for academic information on the web
• Overview of Web 2.0 research tools
• Using a reference management software (Zotero)
• Organizing your information monitoring (RSS feeds, web tools …)
• Using bookmarking services (Delicious, Diigo)
