The Rouen Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which previously managed the Rouen Business School directly, as one of its departments, has decided to transform its governance by making it legally autonomous, with the status of an association.
Together with the Rouen Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the ESC Graduates Alumni Association, its founder members, the Rouen Business School Association, chaired by Gérard Romedenne, CEO of the BSD-CIN bank, a member of the CIC Group, now includes businesses, local authorities and the academic community.
