According to its Ambition 2012 plan aiming for excellence in terms of education and research in order to be recognized as one of the best French business schools internationally known, Rouen Business School, Equis and AMBA accredited and on the process of being AACSB accredited, is increasing the number of its faculty. During the past three years 30 new professors have joined our academic departments and research groups. They have found here a stimulating project, favorable development conditions and a strong collective dynamics especially for their research activities.
The Rouen Business School is recruiting tenure-track faculty in all areas and more specifically in:
- Corporate Finance
- Managerial Accounting
- Marketing (Services, e-business)
- Supply Chain Management
- Entrepreneurship
- Entrepreneurial Finance
- Consumer socialization
- Quantitative Methods
- Innovation
- Geopolitics
Positions are primarily open to senior professors and researchers (associate professors or professors) with a good record of academic publication in top quality international reviews. Preference will be given to international profiles of candidates willing to work in teams and contribute to the stimulation of research activities of the school.
Applicants of a more junior profile should own a PhD, and should have shown their skills in research and have a significant teaching experience.
Teaching can be done in English in every program (such as undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate MBA/AMBA).

You are working, you are very involved in developments in your field of activity. You are active in professional associations, or study and research groups concerned with progress with regard to tools and practice for management and administration in your domain.Maybe you already have some experience of teaching, to groups of students or adults.
Apart from doing some teaching, you would be willing to become involved in supervising and advising students and other participants, and in taking part in the activities of our departments.
