5 new research-professors join the faculty of Rouen Business School

Through their expertise, research work and publications, these professors will strengthen the reputation and international visibility of Rouen Business School

“These new recruits underline the attractiveness of Rouen Business School for experienced professors coming from high level international schools”, points out François Mangin, Associate Dean of Faculty for Rouen Business School. “The new arrivals increase the seniority of our faculty members and strengthen the School’s research groups, as well as the potential for developing international programs”.

Department of Management and Strategy

Yehuda Baruch, professor of Management & Human Resources, comes from the Norwich Business School at the University of East Anglia. He was a visiting professor at the University of Texas, Arlington, at the George Mason University, the University of Canterbury, NZ and at the London Business School. He obtained his doctorate at Technion, in Israel (1991). His research focuses on human resources management, careers and the impact of technology on management. He has published over 90 articles in well know international journals, amongst which the Journal of Management (3*), Human Resource Management (3*), Human Relations (3*), Journal of Vocational Behavior (3*), Organization Studies (3*), Journal of Business Venturing (4*), as well as 28 book chapters and 4 books. He was president of the Careers division of the Academy of Management; he is the editor of two international academic journals. alt
Burak Koyuncu, assistant professor in Management & Human Resources, comes to us from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid were he completed his thesis (2010) after studying in the University of Sabanci Istanbul. He spent some time as a visiting researcher at the Wharton School of Business. His research focuses on international careers, the careers and succession of management and corporate governance. He recently had an article published in the International Journal of Human Resource Management (2*). alt

These two research-professors join the Tr@jectoires research center, thus strengthening the team significantly.

Marketing Department

Stephan Zielke, associate professor in Marketing, comes from the Georg-August Universität in Göttingen. He holds a doctorate from the University of Cologne (2001) and was a consultant at Simon, Kücher and Partners. His research work concentrates mainly on consumer habits at point of sale, and in particular on their perception of price. He has had around 15 articles published, most notably in Psychology and Marketing (2*) and the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services (2*). alt

Stephan Zielke integrates the research group for Retail, Customer & Supply Chain

Accounting department, Law, Operations & Information

Marc de Bourmont, assistant professor in Accounting, arrives from the EM Lyon where he has worked since 2006. A graduate of the Master Grande Ecole in Rouen Business School, he worked for six years in the Société Française d’Assurance Crédit then with Deloitte & Touche before choosing a career as research-professor and obtaining his doctorate at HEC (2009). His research work focuses primarily on the publication of accounting and financial information. alt

Marc will contribute to the work of the Responsible Finance research center.

Sandrine Henneron, associate professor in Law, has been with the EDHEC since 2002. She was in charge of the English Track for Grande Ecole and the Summer Programs for students from Stellenbosh University (South Africa), Texas A&M, and the ITM Mumbai (India). A Doctor in private law from the University of Lille II, she spent time as a visiting researcher at Texas A&M. She focuses on independent expertise (fairness opinion). alt

Sandrine will have teaching responsibilities for the Specialized Masters Management of International company development.
