Testimonials

"It's not easy to get your first job, which is why you have to prepare yourself well in advance. The 4th year internship is the catalyst which gives a company the opportunity to give BSc in International Business – IFI programme students responsibilities. Enhancing your ability to adapt means advancing in the professional environment, which is constantly changing. Businesses need specialist executives, with profiles capable of developing, so be inquisitive, learn how to listen so as to better understand. This is an essential quality for your future professional career !"

Tony BELMONTE [1995] Marketing Manager Europe Aschlnd Inc, Espagne

"Several students noticed that there was no Sports association in the BSc in International Business – IFI programme, so we created SPORTIFITOI, and I became the President. There were about 8 of us in the association, and we worked in cooperation with the FFSU (French Federation for Sport in the University), which is responsible for sports activities at the university level. It organises competitions in which we participated, and where we were competing with other schools. Our association was responsible for granting licences to our members. At the moment, the BSc in International Business – IFI programme has teams for Football, Basketball, Volleyball (men and women), and Handball, and we also play individual sports. This year we plan to expand our activities, we'll certainly include tennis... Another new thing, the Rouen Chamber of Commerce and Industry will reserve time slots for the facilities of the Sports Department in the University, in Mont Saint Aignan, to enable SPORTIFITOI members to train.

With this association, we discovered how to set up a Student Sports Union in collaboration with the other programmes in Rouen Business School, and how it all works."

Paul Junior Tuta student [IFI 2006]

"If I've got this job now, it's because of the business creation project we did in the 4th year. With 3 other students from the BSc in International Business – IFI programme, we developed a consultancy firm, for carrying out market research. I did a survey for 'Vans Theault', a manufacturer of horse boxes, and that's how I come to be here now. 35% of the company's turnover is from the export market, and we aim to increase this to 50%."

Olivier Paulmier [1996] Managing Director, Vans Theault
